浩瀚饮用水中多种有机磷残留测定气相色谱仪GC7990

Tengzhou Xiangying Analysis Technology Co. Ltd. by gas determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water by hplc. [method] the water sample was pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction method, and the pH value of water sample was adjusted, the pretreatment conditions were optimized. [result] a good separation was obtained in the determination of 5 kinds of organic phosphorus in the capillary column. The recoveries of the spiked recoveries ranged from 99% to 71%, and the detection limit was 1 * 10-6mg/L ~ 1 * 10-5mg/L. [Conclusion] determination of dichlorvos, dimethoate, methyl parathion, malathion and parathion, can satisfy the analysis requirements.
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司采用气相色谱法测定饮用水中有机磷农药残留。[方法]采用液-液萃取法对水样进行预处理,通过调节水样pH值,离子强度优化前处理条件,进行测定。[结果]采用程序升温,所测定的5种有机磷在毛细管柱上得到较好分离,加标回收率在71%～99%之间,检出限在1×10-6mg/L～1×10-5mg/L。[结论]测定水中敌敌畏、乐果、甲基-对硫磷、马拉硫磷和对硫磷,能够满足分析要求。
