滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司通过衍生化反应和气相色谱检测来测定土壤及水稻样品中杀虫单残留的方法。样品中杀虫单在碱性条件下经水解反应生成沙蚕毒素,经乙醚萃取,通过液—液分配进行净化,用GC7990毛细管气相色谱法测定沙蚕毒素残留量。结果表明:使用该方法测定土壤、植株、糙米、谷壳样品中杀虫单残留量***低检出浓度分别为0.002,0.002,0.01,0.005mg/kg。方法添加回收率范围在81%～106%之间。
