浩瀚气相色谱仪测定阳极电泳涂料中溶剂含量GC7990

Electrophoretic coating is a new class of low pollution, low energy consumption, save resources, the metal surface protection and anti-corrosion effect of water-based paint. The anodic electrophoretic coating has the advantages of less investment in construction equipment, easy management, little environmental pollution, uniform coating, high coating efficiency and low cost, and is widely used in industrial production in China. Tengzhou Xiangying Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. established the headspace capillary gas chromatographic analysis method of organic solvent content in anode electrophoretic coating. The residual solvent column with large diameter was selected as the separation column, FID was used as detector and the internal standard method was used for quantification. The effects of headspace equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time on the determination were discussed. The analytical results show that the method has a good linear relationship with the ratio of the mass ratio of the solvent to the peak area of the corresponding characteristic peak. The correlation coefficient is 0.9993 ~ 0.9997, The RSDs were 1.12% -2.65%, and the recoveries were 98.87% -100.35%.
电泳涂料是一类新型的低污染、低能耗、节省资源、对金属表面具有保护和防腐蚀作用的水性涂料。而阳极电泳涂料具有施工设备投资少、易管理、环境污染小、涂层均匀、涂装效率高、成本低等优点,在我国工业生产中应用范围较广。阳极电泳涂料在电泳过程中助溶剂是很重要组成。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了阳极电泳涂料中有机溶剂含量的顶空毛细管气相色谱分析方法。选用大口径残留溶剂柱为分离柱,FID为检测器,内标法进行定量,并讨论了顶空平衡温度、平衡时间对测定的影响。分析结果表明:该方法对有机溶剂达到了完全分离,溶剂和内标乙二醇乙醚的不同质量比与其相应特征峰的峰面积之比有较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9993~0.9997,测定结果的RSD为1.12%~2.65%,样品的回收率为98.87%~100.35%。 XiangyingGC7990plus features:
