浩瀚气相色谱仪测定仿真饰品中磷酸酯类增塑剂含量GC7990

However, at the same time, some jewelry due to the use of substandard materials, resulting in a variety of "jewelry disease" occurred. The most common is imitation gold and silver jewelry in the nickel and lead and other heavy metals, imitation precious stones and other jewelry in the plasticizer pollution problems. Plasticizer refers to the plastic, rubber industry, through the internal modification of polymer molecules.
Tengzhou Xiangying Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. established a simulated jewelry in the six phosphate ester plasticizer content of the gas chromatography. The extraction method, chromatographic conditions and mass spectral parameters were studied. The results showed that good extraction efficiency was obtained by microwave extraction of n-hexane / acetone (volume ratio 1: 1) for 35 min. The limit of quantification of microwave extraction and gas chromatography was 1 ~ 2.5 mg / kg. The linear correlation coefficient R2 was over 0.999 in the range of 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude, and the recoveries were 86.63% ~ 98.13%. The results of the determination of nine commercially available plastic simulated ornaments indicate that the risk of phosphate is very low.

滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了仿真饰品中6种磷酸酯类增塑剂含量的气相色谱测定法。对提取方法、色谱条件及质谱参数进行了研究。结果表明,采用正己烷/丙酮(体积比1∶1)微波萃取样品35 min可获得良好的提取效果。所建立的微波萃取―气相色谱法的定量限为1～2.5 mg/kg,在1～2个数量级浓度范围内,线性相关系数R2在0.999以上,在三个添加水平下回收率在86.63%～98.13%之间。对市售9种塑料仿真饰品的测定结果表明磷酸酯的存在风险极低。 XiangyingGC7990plus features:
