Phosphate esters are not only good plasticizers and flame retardants, but also commonly used in printing ink defoamer. However, some of the chemical properties of phosphate compounds is too stable, can be accumulated in vivo, permanent damage to human behavior, memory and learning ability, and carcinogenic [3-4]. At present, countries around the world have legislation to impose strict restrictions on such substances standards and regulations, such as the EU ban on toys.
Tengzhou Xiangying Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. established the method of gas chromatographic determination of phosphoric acid ester plasticizer in tobacco auxiliary materials, and optimized ultrasonic extraction and chromatographic parameters. The results showed that the linear regression R2 was above 0.999 8 in the range of 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude, the recoveries were between 90.31% ~ 98.84%, the detection limits were less than 2 mg / kg, RSD Less than 5%. The method is suitable for the determination of phosphoric acid ester plasticizer in tobacco auxiliary material.

滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了烟用辅材中磷酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱测定方法,优化了超声提取和色谱参数。结果表明:在1~2个数量级质量浓度范围内,线性拟合度R2在0.999 8以上;三水平加标回收率在90.31%~98.84%之间,检出限低于2 mg/kg,RSD小于5%。该方法适用于烟用辅材中磷酸酯类增塑剂的测定。
