Gas purification unit is an important process in the TDI production line, and water gas purification unit is the core unit COSORB purification operation of the protection. Contains S trace impurities on the COSORB greater harm, must be strictly removed. Therefore, the detection of trace sulfur is an important point of analysis. The original analysis of sulfur using a total sulfur analyzer, the inadequacies of this method is unable to fully know the exact chemical composition of sulfur-containing substances, and thus can not take the appropriate solution.
