Chinese date is the fruit of Rhamnaceae Ziziphus jujuba mill, which originated in China and has a history of more than 3,000 years. Jujube nutritional value is very rich, not only contain sugar, protein, fat, also rich in vitamins and mineral elements, liver protection liver effect. Jujube is known as "live vitamin pills," said, VC content than other fruits.
Tengzhou Xiangying Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. used the headspace gas chromatography to determine the sulfite content of the extruded jujube. The crushed samples were put into 500 mL headspace vials, concentrated hydrochloric acid was added, reacted in a constant temperature water bath at 40 ℃ for 10 min, the sulfite was transformed into SO2 gas under acidic conditions, and the headspace gas was analyzed by gas chromatography. The sulfite content in the sample was measured indirectly by measuring the sulfur dioxide content in the gas phase. The method has the advantages of simple operation, quickness, accuracy and high sensitivity. The relative standard deviation of the experimental results was 1.65%.
