  环境中的苯、甲苯和二甲苯(简称“三苯”)污染大多来自装潢材料,进入人体轻则头晕,恶心,重则昏迷、抽搐及循环衰竭,直至死亡。长期接触可产生障碍性贫血,甚至诱发白血病。

        国家“室内空气质量标准”GB/T18883-2002中规定苯采用附录C中的非极性石英毛细管色谱法;甲苯、二甲苯采用GB/14677-93填充柱色谱法。由于填充柱柱效较低,二甲苯同分异构体不能完全分离。

      文献用小口径对环境中的“三苯”进行了测定,但二甲苯异构体分离不理想。且小口径毛细管柱容量小,***小检测限受到了限制。

    Joos P E等采用了GC-IT-MS分析,质谱检测器虽然灵敏度高,但是分析成本太高。

    成功地研制了小口径二甲苯专用毛细管色谱柱,因柱容量小,不适合环境中痕量“三苯”的测定。

    浩瀚色谱对大口径二甲苯专用毛细管柱进行了研制,对装修后室内空气中的“三苯”可同时测定,且二甲苯异构体都得到了基线分离。

The pollution of benzene, toluene, and xylene (referred to as "triphenyl") in the environment mostly comes from decoration materials. When entering the human body, it can cause mild dizziness, nausea, and in severe cases, coma, convulsions, and circulatory failure, leading to death. Long term exposure can lead to obstructive anemia and even induce leukemia.



According to the National Indoor Air Quality Standard GB/T18883-2002, benzene is subjected to non-polar quartz capillary chromatography as specified in Appendix C; Toluene and xylene were subjected to packed column chromatography using GB/14677-93. Due to the low column efficiency of the packed column, the isomers of xylene cannot be completely separated.



The literature measured "triphenyl" in the environment using a small caliber, but the separation of xylene isomers was not ideal. And the small diameter capillary column has a small capacity, which limits the detection limit.



Joos P E et al. used GC-IT-MS analysis, and although the mass spectrometry detector has high sensitivity, the analysis cost is too high.



A small caliber xylene specific capillary chromatography column has been successfully developed, but due to its small capacity, it is not suitable for the determination of trace amounts of triphenyl in the environment.



Haohan Chromatography has developed a large-diameter xylene specific capillary column, which can simultaneously determine "triphenyl" in indoor air after decoration, and the isomers of xylene have been baseline separated.
