硫循环是全球生物地球化学循环的一个重要组成部分。挥发性有机硫化合物及其氧化产物是大气硫酸盐气溶胶和云凝结核的重要来源,对全球气候变化、酸雨形成有重要影响。研究工作的基础是建立一种准确的、切实可行的测定方法,进而才能评价其对气候和环境所产生的影响。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用大气预浓缩仪-GC/FPD建立了环境空气中7种含硫化合物的测定方法。结果表明,经惰性化改造后的大气预浓缩仪-GC/FPD测定系统的基线低,对硫化物无残留。7种化合物的线性回归方程的相关系数均在0.995以上,高、中、低3种浓度的空白加标回收率分别为98.6%~105.3%、99.1%~103.7%、85.7%~99.7%,除硫化氢的相对标准偏差为10.9%外,其余6种含硫化合物的相对标准偏差可控制在6.9%以内。当进样体积为400 m L时,方法的检出限在0.10~1.1 ng/m3。CO2、H2O对实际样品的测定无干扰。因此,该方法能够满足目前监测工作的要求,更加适用于环境空气中痕量含硫化合物的测定。

The basis of the research work is to establish an accurate and feasible measurement method, and then to evaluate its impact on the climate and the environment.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of seven sulfur compounds in ambient air by using an atmospheric preconcentrator-GC/FPD. The results show that the baseline of the atmospheric preconcentrator-GC/FPD measurement system after inertization is low, and there is no residue of sulfide. The correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations of the seven compounds are all above 0.995, and the blank spike recovery rates of the three concentrations of high, medium, and low are 98.6%-105.3%, 99.1%-103.7%, 85.7%-99.7%, respectively. The relative standard deviation of hydrogen sulfide is 10.9%, and the relative standard deviation of the other six sulfur compounds can be controlled within 6.9%. When the injection volume is 400 ml, the detection limit of the method is 0.10~1.1 ng/m3. CO2 and H2O have no interference to the determination of actual samples. Therefore, this method can meet the requirements of current monitoring work and is more suitable for the determination of trace sulfur compounds in ambient air.
