HAOHANHH-5GB/T 12717-2007工业用乙酸酯类试验毛细管柱

本标准规定了工业用乙酸酯类的试验方法。
本标准适用于常见的工业用乙酸酯类产品，包括乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丙酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙酸正丁酯和乙酸异丁酯等的检验。

本标准代替GB/T12717-1991《工业乙酸酯类试验方法》。
本标准与GB/T12717-1991相比主要变化如下:
---增加了警示的内容(见3.1);
---增加了外观的试验方法(见3.3);
---增加了气味的试验方法,技术内容与美国材料与试验协会标准ASTM D1296:2001《挥发性溶剂和稀释剂气味的试验方法》相同(见3.5);
---密度的试验方法由韦氏天平法修改为密度计法(1991年版的3.2,本版的3.6);
---酸度的试验方法中醇溶剂用量及取样量均由10mL 修改为20mL(1991年版的3.6.2,本版的3.9.4);
---取消了酯含量试验方法中的皂化法(1991年版的3.5);
---乙酸酯含量、醇含量的试验方法中增加了毛细管柱气相色谱法(见3.10.1),增加了毛细管柱气相色谱法的典型色谱图(见附录A.1);
---水分的试验方法增加了卡尔·费休库仑法(见3.11.1)。

This standard specifies the test methods for industrial acetates.
This standard is applicable to the inspection of common industrial acetate products, including methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, n-butyl acetate and isobutyl acetate.

This standard replaces GB/T12717-1991 "Test methods for industrial acetates".
Compared with GB/T12717-1991, the main changes of this standard are as follows:
--- Added warning content (see 3.1);
--- Added the test method for appearance (see 3.3);
--- Added the test method for odor, the technical content is the same as that of the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard ASTM D1296:2001 "Test Method for Odor of Volatile Solvents and Diluents" (see 3.5);
--- The test method of density is modified from Webster balance method to density meter method (3.2 of the 1991 edition, 3.6 of this edition);
---In the test method of acidity, the amount of alcohol solvent and the sampling amount are changed from 10mL to 20mL (3.6.2 of the 1991 edition, 3.9.4 of this edition);
--- Canceled the saponification method in the test method for ester content (3.5 of the 1991 edition);
--- Added capillary column gas chromatography (see 3.10.1) in the test methods for acetate content and alcohol content, and added the typical chromatogram of capillary column gas chromatography (see Appendix A.1);
--- The test method for moisture increases the Karl Fischer Coulomb method (see 3.11.1).
