    浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立二硫化碳解吸联合气相色谱测定居住区大气中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法。方法溶剂解吸型活性炭采样管采集居住区大气中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳,二硫化碳解吸后使用毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰检测器测定,以气相色谱分离图中的峰保留时间定性,以峰面积定量计算。结果进样量为1μl时,三氯甲烷检出限为2.2×10-3μg,四氯化检出限为2.7×10-3μg。使用溶剂解吸型活性炭管采样40 L,用二硫化碳1 ml吸样品,三氯甲烷检出限为0.053 mg/m3,四氯化检出限为0.066 mg/m3;定量限为0.18 mg/m3、0.24 mg/m3,范围为0.18~40.0、0.24~40.0 mg/m3。三氯甲烷3个浓度水平加标回收率为92.7%~93.5%,四氯化碳加标回收率为96.3%~97.9%。结论本实验建立的方法适用于我国居住区大气中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳浓度测定,可推广使用。
