    本标准于1987年5月首次发布,于1995年12月修订。本标准代替GB/T7815—1995《工业用季戊四醇》。本标准规定了工业用季戊四醇的要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于以甲醛和乙醛为原料,氢氧化钠或氢氧化钙为催化剂生产的工业用季戊四醇的生产、检验和销售。 本标准与GB/T7815—1995相比主要变化如下:
    ———“范围”由“本标准适用于除炸药用以外的工业季戊四醇”修改为“本标准适用于以甲醛和乙醛为原料,氢氧化钠或氢氧化钙为催化剂生产的工业用季戊四醇的生产、检验和销售”(见第1章);
    ———增加“分类和命名”一章(见第3章);
    ———技术要求中增加外观(见4.1);
    ———将工业用季戊四醇产品分级优等品、一等品、合格品修改为按工业用季戊四醇的纯度分型(1995年版的第3章,本版的4.2);
    ———增加终熔点项目(见4.2);
    ———技术要求中单季戊四醇含量由优等品≥93%、一等品≥86%、合格品不控制修改为季戊四醇的含量98级≥98.0%、季戊四醇[以C(CH2OH)4 计]的含量95 级≥95.0%、90 级≥90.0%、86级≥86.0%,羟基含量由优等品≥47%、一等品≥47%、合格品≥46% 修改为98 级
    ≥48.5%、95 级≥47.5%、90 级≥47.0%、86 级≥46.0%,干燥减量由优等品、一等品≤0.5%、合格品≤0.7%修改为98级≤0.20%、95级、90级、86级≤0.50%,灼烧残渣由优等品、一等品、合格品≤0.1 %修改为98级≤0.05%、95级、90级和86级≤0.10%,邻苯二甲酸树脂着色度(Fe、Co 、Cu标准比色液号)由优等品≤2、一等品≤4、合格品≤6修改为98级≤1、95级、90级≤2、86级≤4,终熔点98级≥250℃,其他级不控制(1995 年版的第3 章,本版的4.2);
    ———季戊四醇含量测定的试验方法增加了气相色谱法,并作为98级的仲裁法(见5.3.2);
    ———终熔点测定方法采用熔点仪法(见5.8);
    ———增加了“检验规则”一章(见第6章)。

    This standard was first published in May 1987 and revised for the first time in December 1995. This standard replaces GB/T7815-1995 "Industrial Pentaerythritol". This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pentaerythritol for industrial use. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sales of industrial pentaerythritol produced with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde as raw materials and sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide as catalyst. Compared with GB/T7815-1995, the main changes of this standard are as follows:
    --- "Scope" is changed from "This standard applies to industrial pentaerythritol other than explosives" to "This standard applies to industrial pentaerythritol produced with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde as raw materials and sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide as catalyst. production, inspection and sale” (see Chapter 1);
    --- Add a chapter "Classification and Nomenclature" (see Chapter 3);

    --- The test method for the determination of pentaerythritol content adds gas chromatography, and it is used as a 98-level arbitration method (see 5.3.2);
    --- The final melting point determination method adopts the melting point apparatus method (see 5.8);
    --- Added "Inspection Rules" chapter (see Chapter 6).
