GB/T 28125.1-2011空分工艺中危险物质的测定 第1部分：碳氢化合物的测定
本部分规定了空气分离工艺中液态氧、液态空气、吸风口空气以及液氧槽罐中碳氢化合物的测定方法。本部分适用于氧气或空气中总碳氢化合物和C1~C4 碳氢化合物的在线监测和离线检测。
本部分测定的C1~C4 碳氢化合物包括:甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、乙炔、丙烷、丙烯、正丁烷、异丁烷、1,3-丁二烯。
本 部分推荐测定这些组分但并不局限于这些组分。在具体监测时,应当合理分析空分装置周边环境,增加对空气和氧气中其他可能危及空分安全运行的有机组分的监测。

This part specifies the method for the determination of liquid oxygen, liquid air, air at the suction port and hydrocarbons in the liquid oxygen tank in the air separation process. This section applies to online monitoring and offline detection of total hydrocarbons and C1~C4 hydrocarbons in oxygen or air.
The C1~C4 hydrocarbons determined in this section include: methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, propane, propylene, n-butane, isobutane, and 1,3-butadiene.
This section recommends but is not limited to the determination of these components. During the specific monitoring, the surrounding environment of the air separation plant should be reasonably analyzed, and the monitoring of other organic components in the air and oxygen that may endanger the safe operation of the air separation plant should be increased.
