浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司对空气中乙酸酐的气相色谱测定方法进行了规范化研究.并对某厂生产乙酸酐的车间进行了劳动卫生学的调查 ,于 2年时间内两次对乙酸酐生产车间工人经常停留的地点进行采样 ,应用气相色谱法分析.成品包装与泵房二处作业地点空气中乙酸酐的平均浓度分别为2 3.1 mg/ m3和 2 6.0 mg/ m3,浓度范围为 1 9.6～ 31 .5mg/ m3,工人中眼干,眼灼痛,流泪等症状的发生率明显高于对照组和其它工种的工人.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted a standardized study on the gas chromatography method for the determination of acetic anhydride in the air, and conducted a labor hygiene survey on the workshop of a factory producing acetic anhydride. The samples were collected from the places where workers in the acetic anhydride production workshop often stayed, and analyzed by gas chromatography. The average concentrations of acetic anhydride in the air at the two operating sites of the finished product packaging and the pump room were 2.3.1 mg/m3 and 2.6.0 mg/m3, respectively. The concentration range 19.6～31.5mg/m3, the incidence of dry eye, eye burning pain, tearing and other symptoms in the workers was significantly higher than that in the control group and other types of workers.
