有机硫化物包括硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、乙硫醇、甲乙硫醚、二硫化碳、噻吩、乙硫醚。浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立了一种气相色谱火焰光度法测定环境空气中硫化物的分析方法,样品使用苏玛罐采集环境空气样品,样品经冷阱浓缩、热解析后,进入气相色谱分离,以火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行检测。通过保留时间定性,外标法定量。硫化物的方法检出限为0.029~0.105μg/m³,测定下限为0.116~0.420μg/m³,相关系数为0.998~0.9998,方法的精密度为0.38%~4.81%,加标回收率为82.8%~100.6%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度较高,具有较好的精密度和准确度而且采样方式简单便捷。方法用于环境空气中有机硫化物的测定,效果满意。
