浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立了热脱附-气相色谱法测定环境空气中6种恶臭硫化物的方法,包括二硫化碳、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲基二硫醚、乙硫醚。采用苏玛罐采集环境空气,经热脱附的浓缩脱附后,用火焰光度检测器的气相色谱测定。结果表明:当取样体积为400 mL时,6种恶臭硫化物的检出限为0.011~0.046 nmol/mol,在0.125~25.0 nmol/mol有较好的拟合关系,且相关系数均大于0.999 0,平均加标回收率为95.5%~107.7%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~4.8%,试样的保存期为10 d。该方法可实现一次采样多次分析,具有试样保存期长,操作简单快捷,检出限低,精密度好,准确度高的优点,适用于环境空气中恶臭硫化物含量的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a thermal desorption gas chromatography method to determine six kinds of malodorous sulfide in ambient air, including carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, ethanethiol, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, and ethyl sulfide. The ambient air is collected by suma tank, concentrated and desorbed by thermal desorption, and then determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector. The results showed that when the sampling volume was 400 mL, the detection limits of six odorous sulfides were 0.011~0.046 nmol/mol, and there was a good fitting relationship between 0.125~25.0 nmol/mol, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9990. The average spiking recovery was 95.5%~107.7%, the relative standard deviation was 0.2%~4.8%, and the storage period of the samples was 10 days. This method can realize one sampling and multiple analysis. It has the advantages of long sample storage period, simple and fast operation, low detection limit, good precision and high accuracy. It is suitable for the determination of malodorous sulfide content in ambient air.
