3.2.1.2   测定条件 
         a.  色谱柱：3m长不锈钢管，内径为4mm； 
         b.  固定相：GDX－104，60～80目。使用前需活化，活化条件为通氮气（30～50ml/min ）， 140℃不少于6h； 
         c.  载气：氢气，流量为45ml/min （用皂膜流量计实测）； 
         d.  温度控制：柱温为115℃，汽化温度为100℃，检测室温度为100℃； 
         e.  桥电流：200mΑ； 
          f.  记录仪：满标量程为5mV ，满标长度为250mm，纸速为10mm/min； 
         g.  检测器灵敏度的控制：为确保色谱分析灵敏度，在规定的操作条件下，以1301为样品，灵敏度S₁₃₀₁应不低于1500mV·ml/ml，由式（1）表示。 

式中：1.065――峰面积校正系数； 
                 A――1301色谱峰面积，m㎡； 
               _C1――记录纸速的倒数，min/mm； 
               C2――记录仪灵敏度，mV/mm ； 
                 F――载气流量，ml/min ；

3.2.1.2 Determination conditions

         a. Chromatographic column: 3m long stainless steel tube, with inner diameter of 4mm;  

         b. Stationary phase: GDX － 104, 60 ～ 80 meshes. Activation is required before use, and the activation condition is nitrogen (30~50ml/min), 140 ℃, no less than 6h;  

         c. Carrier gas: hydrogen, flow rate 45ml/min (measured with soap film flowmeter);  

         d. Temperature control: the column temperature is 115 ℃, the vaporization temperature is 100 ℃, and the detection room temperature is 100 ℃;  

         e. Bridge current: 200m Α；  

f. Recorder: full scale range is 5mV, full scale length is 250mm, and paper speed is 10mm/min;  

         g. Control of detector sensitivity: to ensure the sensitivity of chromatographic analysis, the sensitivity S1301 should not be less than 1500mV · ml/ml with 1301 as the sample under the specified operating conditions, expressed by formula (1).
