3.7 原灌装容器蒸气相中永久性气体的测定

 
用气相色谱法，仪器及测定条件同3.2.1。 
3.7.1   测定步骤 
       用取样钢瓶从原灌装钢瓶中的气相取样，取样方法按 3.1.2款规定。测定时，将取样钢瓶与色谱仪上的六通进样阀用金属细管或聚四氟乙烯细管联接好，开启钢瓶阀门，排气05～1 min，然后用六通阀进样。若条件许可，*好从原灌装钢瓶直接取样。
3.7.2   计算方法 
       用峰面积归一化（或峰高定量）法，按式（6 ）计算原灌装容器蒸气相中永久性气体的百分含量（mol/mol）（以空气含量来表示）：

3.7 Determination of permanent gas in the vapor phase of the original filling container

 

Gas chromatography is used. The instrument and determination conditions are the same as those in 3.2.1.  

3.7.1 Determination steps

The sampling cylinder shall be used to sample the gas phase from the original filled cylinder. The sampling method shall be in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.2. During measurement, connect the sampling cylinder with the six way sample injection valve on the chromatograph with a metal thin tube or a polytetrafluoroethylene thin tube, open the cylinder valve, exhaust for 05~1 min, and then inject the sample with the six way valve. If conditions permit, it is better to take samples directly from the original filled cylinder.

3.7.2 Calculation method

Using the peak area normalization (or peak height quantification) method, calculate the percentage of permanent gas in the vapor phase of the original filling container (mol/mol) (expressed in air content) according to Formula (6):
