浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司 采用HH-THC-30脱活毛细管柱建立了毛细管柱氢火焰检测器测定非甲烷总烃的方法,经优化色谱条件,获得了*佳的实验条件, 并根据氢火焰检测器(FID)的原理探讨氧及非烃类等含碳化合物的响应及影响.研究结果表明,方法测定总烃的标准曲线为0.9994,当色谱进样量为0.25 mL时,方法精密度为0.12%、方法检出限为0.016 mgm-3(以碳计)等均符合HJ/T38-2017性能指标的要求.实验结果表明含Cl、O、S类的挥发性化合物在测定非甲烷总烃时,也有不同程度的响应值,对计算总烃浓度产生影响.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a capillary column hydrogen flame detector method for the determination of non methane total hydrocarbons by using HH-THC-30 deactivated capillary column. After optimizing the chromatographic conditions, the best experimental conditions were obtained. According to the principle of hydrogen flame detector (FID), the response and influence of carbon containing compounds such as oxygen and non hydrocarbons were discussed. The research results showed that the standard curve for the determination of total hydrocarbons by the method was 0.9994, When the chromatographic injection volume is 0.25 mL, the precision of the method is 0.12%, and the detection limit of the method is 0.016 mgm-3 (measured by carbon), all of which meet the performance indicators of HJ/T38-2017.
