三甲胺(C3H9N,简称TMA),属于挥发性碱性脂肪叔胺,常温下为无色有鱼腥臭味的气体。三甲胺属于一级易燃强腐蚀性气体,遇明火、高热易引发爆炸;三甲胺属于低毒类物质,但是三甲胺的嗅阈值极低,仅有0.90 ppb,属于典型的扰民污染,也是当前投诉的焦点污染物。三甲胺的排放源主要有生活污水处理厂、垃圾填埋场、禽畜养殖场、禽畜粪便堆肥场、炼化场、天然及合成橡胶、甜菜碱盐酸盐生产等。三甲胺通过吸入、食入、经皮肤吸收等途径侵入人体,对眼、鼻、咽喉和呼吸道产生刺激作用。浓三甲胺水溶液能引起皮肤剧烈的烧灼感和潮红,洗去溶液后皮肤上仍可残留点状出血。长期接触感到眼、鼻、咽喉干燥不适。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了一种顶空气相色谱法测定固定污染源废气中的三甲胺的方法。采用弱酸性的盐酸吸收液采集固定污染源废气,将吸收液转移至顶空瓶中,加入氢氧化钠和氨水,顶空-气相色谱仪氢火焰离子化检测器检测测定固定污染源废气中三甲胺的含量,并且优化了毛细管色谱柱、氯化钠、硫酸钾、氢氧化钠、氨水的加入量、平衡温度和平衡时间。实验结果表明:当吸收液为50.0 m L,采样体积为20 L时,三甲胺的方法检出限为0.010 mg/m
3,线性良好,相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为100.0%~107.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of trimethylamine in fixed pollution source waste gas. A weakly acidic hydrochloric acid absorption solution was used to collect fixed pollution source waste gas, and the absorption solution was transferred to a headspace bottle. Sodium hydroxide and ammonia were added, and the content of trimethylamine in fixed pollution source waste gas was detected and determined by headspace gas chromatography with a hydrogen flame ionization detector. The capillary column, sodium chloride, potassium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, and ammonia were optimized for addition, equilibrium temperature, and equilibrium time. The experimental results show that when the absorption liquid is 50.0 mL and the sampling volume is 20 L, the detection limit of trimethylamine method is 0.010 mg/m3, with good linearity, a correlation coefficient of 0.9998, a recovery rate of 100.0%~107.0%, and a relative standard deviation of less than 5.0%.
