工业氢气分析项目执行guo家标准(GB/T3634.1—2006).其中氧、氩和氮含量的测定采用的是气相色谱法,配备脱氧柱和切换柱两次进样,测定样品气中氩和氮的含量,用差减法计算出样品。

标准中采用的阀和脱氧柱及5A/13X分子筛柱，二维色谱系统，操作复杂，费时费力，效率低，无法满足工业生产检测的需要。

The industrial hydrogen analysis project follows the national standard (GB/T3634.1-2006). The determination of oxygen, argon, and nitrogen content is carried out using gas chromatography, equipped with a deoxygenation column and a switching column for two injections. The argon and nitrogen content in the sample gas is measured, and the sample is calculated using subtraction method.



The valves, deoxygenation columns, and 5A/13X molecular sieve columns used in the standard, as well as the two-dimensional chromatography system, are complex to operate, time-consuming and labor-intensive, and have low efficiency, which cannot meet the needs of industrial production testing.
