为提高食品中脂肪酸的分析效率,浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,建立了一种采用气相色谱法测定植物油中脂肪酸含量的快速分析方法。方法:采用HH-PEG-20M毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),进样器温度250℃,检测器温度260℃,程序升温(初始温度80℃,持续0.5 min,40℃·min
-1升至165℃,保持1 min;4℃·min
-1升至230℃,保持4 min),分流比100∶1,进样体积1.0μL。通过面积归一化法计算植物油中脂肪酸甲酯的含量。结果:脂肪酸甲酯均可有效分离,加标回收率为85.0%~106.2%,精密度和稳定性均良好。与GB 5009.6—2016第三法无明显差异,且分析时间较GB 5009.6—2016第三法(82.5 min)缩短了约71%,大大提高了脂肪酸的分析效率。结论:该方法精密度高、快速、准确,能满足植物油中多种脂肪酸含量的测定。

In order to improve the analysis efficiency of fatty acids in food, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a rapid analysis method for the determination of fatty acid content in vegetable oil using gas chromatography. Calculate the content of fatty acid methyl esters in vegetable oil using area normalization method. Result: Fatty acid methyl esters can be effectively separated, with a recovery rate of 85.0% to 106.2%, and good precision and stability. There is no significant difference compared to the third method of GB 5009.6-2016, and the analysis time is shortened by about 71% compared to the third method of GB 5009.6-2016 (82.5 min), greatly improving the efficiency of fatty acid analysis.
