为提高污染土壤中多环芳烃（PAHs）提取效率和污染场地风险评估准确性，浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司采用2,6-二苯基对苯醚（Tenax-TA）作为吸附剂，吸收提取预测土壤中多环芳烃生物可给性。结果表明：利用添加Tenax-TA作为吸附剂的实验测得的生物可给性为10.36%～44.25%可以提高土壤中PAHs的提取效果。

In order to improve the extraction efficiency of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in polluted soil and the accuracy of risk assessment of contaminated sites, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used 2,6-diphenyl-p-phenylether (Tenax TA) as an adsorbent to absorb and extract PAHs to predict the bioavailability of PAHs in soil. The results showed that the experiment using Tenax TA as an adsorbent measured a bioavailability of 10.36% to 44.25%, which can improve the extraction efficiency of PAHs in soil.
