品牌:haohan 型号:HH-Tamine60 加工定制:是 规格:60m*0.32mm*5.0um 长度:60000 内径:0.32 膜厚:5 60m*0.32mm*5.0um:固定污染源废气 三甲胺:二甲胺 一甲胺:苯系物 噻吩:纯苯 过氧化物:消毒剂 浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,按照HJ/T55或GB/T16157的相关规定,用固定量0.12mol·L^-1盐酸溶液吸收采集固定污染源废气中三甲胺。分取样品溶液10.00mL,移至顶空瓶中,加入氯化钠3.2g和硫酸钾1.0g,并用微量注射器加入质量分数为50%的NaOH溶液500μL和氨水100μL,立即密封顶空瓶,在顶空平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为30min的条件下进行顶空采样。选择HH-Tamine60专用石英毛细管色谱柱进行三甲胺及其他5种研究的脂肪胺类化合物的定量分离,采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测。分别按HJ/T55及GB/T16157规定的方法各取三甲胺标准气体20L,分别进行7组平行试验,测得前一采样方法的检出限[tn-1,0.99)×s]为0.004mg·m^-3,后一采样方法的检出限[tn-1,0.99)×s]为0.02mg·m^-3。另取高浓度(0.510μmol·mol^-1)、中浓度(0.102μmol·mol^-1)及低浓度(0.0102μmol·mol^-1)等3种浓度的三甲胺标准气体,按规定方法采样并分析6次,计算得三甲胺的回收率在90.1%~108%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.2%~6.7%之间。应用此方法分析实际样品,测定结果表明该方法能满足国家标准GB14554-93及对恶臭污染物排放的规定,并配合上述标准的执行。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd., in accordance with the relevant provisions of HJ/T55 or GB/T16157, absorbs and collects trimethylamine from fixed pollution source exhaust gas using a fixed amount of 0.12mol · L ^ -1 hydrochloric acid solution. Take 10.00mL of sample solution and transfer it to a headspace vial. Add 3.2g of sodium chloride and 1.0g of potassium sulfate, and use a microsyringe to add 500 μ L of 50% NaOH solution and 100 μ L of ammonia solution. Immediately seal the headspace vial and perform headspace sampling under the conditions of headspace equilibrium temperature of 80 ℃ and equilibrium time of 30 minutes. The HH-Tamin60 dedicated quartz capillary chromatography column was selected for quantitative separation of trimethylamine and five other fatty amine compounds studied, and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) was used for detection. Take 20L of trimethylamine standard gas according to the methods specified in HJ/T55 and GB/T16157, and conduct 7 parallel tests. The detection limit [tn-1,0.99) × s] of the previous sampling method was 0.004mg · m ^ -3, and the detection limit [tn-1,0.99) × s] of the latter sampling method was 0.02mg · m ^ -3. Three different concentrations of trimethylamine standard gas, namely high concentration (0.510 μ mol · mol ^ -1), medium concentration (0.102 μ mol · mol ^ -1), and low concentration (0.0102 μ mol · mol ^ -1), were taken and analyzed six times according to the prescribed method. The recovery rate of trimethylamine was calculated to be between 90.1% and 108%, and the relative standard deviation of the measured values (n=6) was between 2.2% and 6.7%. The application of this method to analyze actual samples shows that the method can meet the national standard GB14554-93 and the regulations on the emission of odorous pollutants, and cooperate with the implementation of the above standards.
