haohan消毒剂中乙醇含量的测定岛津GC2010使用GDX-102填充柱2m*4mm

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，采用气相色谱仪通过内标法建立消毒剂中乙醇含量的测定方法。测定条件为氢火焰离子化检测器,岛津GDX-102色谱柱,气化室温度190℃,检测器温度220℃,柱温160℃结果显示,检出限0.1%,相对标准偏差<1%,回收率在97.8%～103.2%范围内。表明该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,操作简便,适用于消毒剂中乙醇含量的分析检测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for determining the ethanol content in disinfectants using gas chromatography and internal standard method. The measurement conditions were a hydrogen flame ionization detector, Shimadzu GDX-102 chromatographic column, gasification chamber temperature of 190 ℃, detector temperature of 220 ℃, and column temperature of 160 ℃. The results showed a detection limit of 0.1%, relative standard deviation<1%, and recovery rate in the range of 97.8% to 103.2%. This indicates that the method has high sensitivity, good accuracy, easy operation, and is suitable for the analysis and detection of ethanol content in disinfectants.
