haohan气相色谱Porapak Q填充柱测定工业废气中的丙酮2m*4mm

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，采用Porapak Q填充柱用活性炭吸附管采集吸附工业废气中的丙酮,经二硫化碳解吸后由自动进样器送入气相色谱仪中分离并由FID检测器检测.2 mL二硫化碳解吸溶剂中丙酮的绝对量在1.68～6.59 mg时,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.6%～3.9%(n:5).当样品采集量为10 L时,方法检出限为0.4 3mg/m3.所用活性炭采样管对丙酮的吸附效果良好,100 g活性炭对丙酮的穿透容量大于16 mg.二硫化碳溶剂对吸附在活性炭中的丙酮解吸效果较好,丙酮加标量为3.98～15.90 mg时,解吸效率为94.8%～101.9%.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses Porapak Q packed columns and activated carbon adsorption tubes to collect and adsorb acetone from industrial waste gas. After desorption by carbon disulfide, the acetone is sent to the gas chromatograph for separation by an automatic sampler and detected by a FID detector. When the absolute amount of acetone in 2 mL of carbon disulfide desorption solvent is 1.68-6.59 mg, the relative standard deviation of the measurement result is 2.6% -3.9% (n: 5). When the sample collection volume is 10 L, the detection limit of the method is 0.4 3mg/m3. The activated carbon sampling tube used has good adsorption effect on acetone, and the penetration capacity of 100 g of activated carbon for acetone is greater than 16 mg. Carbon disulfide solvent has a good desorption effect on acetone adsorbed in activated carbon, and the acetone addition amount is 3.9 mg/m3. When the concentration is between 8-15.90 mg, the desorption efficiency is between 94.8% and 101.9%
