    苦味酸的国标方法为《生活饮用水标准检验方法有机物指标》(GB/T 5750.8—2006)中的衍生物-液液萃取-气相色谱法,在实际测试过程中,发现水样pH值和基质效应会影响苦味酸测定.当pH值为8~12时,生成的氯化苦响应强度变化不大;在pH约为13时,响应强度*大.水质中除腐殖酸、硝基甲烷及2,4,6-三硝基甲苯会影响苦味酸测定外,硝基酚类和甲基酚类同样起到正干扰作用,因此,国标方法不能全面和准确地测定水中的苦味酸含量.

    浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,采用HH-5毛细管柱/GC ECD法,通过测定水中苦味酸氯化生成氯化苦的量,来确定苦味酸的浓度。利用GC MS确定了氯化苦的出峰保留时间,研究了反应时间、次氯酸钠加入量及其他硝基芳烃化合物对苦味酸测定的影响,进一步优化了水中苦味酸测定的条件

    The national standard method for picric acid is the Derivatization-Liquid-Liquid Extraction-Gas Chromatography method in "Standard Methods for the Examination of Drinking Water - Organic Matter Indicators" (GB/T 5750.8—2006). During practical testing, it was found that the pH value of water samples and matrix effects influence picric acid determination. When the pH is between 8 and 12, the response intensity of chloropicric acid shows little variation; at a pH of approximately 13, the response intensity reaches its maximum. In addition to humic acid, nitromethane, and 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene, which affect picric acid determination, nitrophenols and methylphenols also exert positive interference. Therefore, the national standard method cannot comprehensively and accurately measure the picric acid content in water
    Hao Hanchrom (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. employed the HH-5 capillary column/GC ECD method to determine the concentration of picric acid by measuring the amount of chloropicrin generated from the chlorination of picric acid in water. The retention time of chloropicrin was identified using GC-MS. The study investigated the effects of reaction time, sodium hypochlorite dosage, and other nitroaromatic compounds on the determination of picric acid, further optimizing the conditions for picric acid detection in water
