氢气中氯的测定：比色法

该方法可用于测定压缩氢气中的氯或测定其他气体系统（如炼油厂循环气）中的氯化氢。该方法应用于压缩氢气时不区分氯和氯化氢，结果以氯的摩尔 ppm 表示。对于循环气分析，氯以氯化氢的形式存在，并以此表示。两到六立方英尺的样品足以检测出等于或大于 1 mol ppm 的氯或氯化氢含量。可以使用比例较大的样品测定 0.1 至 1.0 mol ppm 范围内的氯含量。

Determination of Chlorine in Hydrogen: Colorimetric Method
This method can be used to determine chlorine in compressed hydrogen or to measure hydrogen chloride in other gas systems, such as refinery recycle gas. When applied to compressed hydrogen, the method does not distinguish between chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and the results are expressed in molar ppm of chlorine. For recycle gas analysis, chlorine is present as hydrogen chloride and is reported accordingly. Samples of two to six cubic feet are sufficient to detect chlorine or hydrogen chloride concentrations equal to or greater than 1 mol ppm. Larger sample volumes can be used to measure chlorine levels within the range of 0.1 to 1.0 mol ppm.
