浩瀚GB/T 46434-2025 甲醇纯度及其微量有机杂质的测定SE30毛细管柱60m*0.32mm*5um

由于甲醇产品来源不同、用途不同、工艺不同，并且用户使用的要求不同，急需制定统一的纯度和微量有机杂质的测定方法，供多种用户进行配套选择。

一是，与现有甲醇产品标准修订的配套，服务于甲醇产品优化升级。

根据不同的生产工艺和使用需求，国内有机化工领域与甲醇相关的产品标准有GB/T 338-2011《工业用甲醇》、GB/T 23510-2009《车用燃料甲醇》和HG/T 4773-2014《羰基合成法制醋酸用甲醇》，均未设置纯度的检测项目，这些标准中主要采用沸点、沸程等物性指标，可以反映产品的纯度，但是这些指标不如纯度指标直观、有效，并且微量有机杂质的检测方法比较落后，不能满足目前下游高端领域新的检测需求和检测精密度、灵敏度的要求。

 

本文件描述了气相色谱法测定甲醇产品纯度及其醇类、酮类、酯类等杂质含量的方法。

本文件适用于测定质量分数不低于 99.0% 的甲醇产品，其中色谱条件1规定的情况，对杂质碳酸二甲酯的检测限为 4 mg/kg ,对其他有机杂质的检测限为 2 mg/kg ;

色谱条件2规定的情况,对杂质乙二醇甲醚的检测限为 12 mg/kg ,对杂质甲酸甲酯和杂质碳酸二甲酯的检测限为 8 mg/kg ,对其他有机杂质的检测限为 5 mg/kg 。

Due to the different sources, uses, processes, and user requirements of methanol products, it is urgent to develop a unified method for determining purity and trace organic impurities for multiple users to choose from.
One is to complement the revision of existing methanol product standards and serve the optimization and upgrading of methanol products.
According to different production processes and usage requirements, the product standards related to methanol in the domestic organic chemical industry include GB/T 338-2011 "Industrial Methanol", GB/T 23510-2009 "Automotive Fuel Methanol", and HG/T 4773-2014 "Methanol for Acetic Acid Synthesis", all of which do not set purity detection items. These standards mainly use physical property indicators such as boiling point and boiling range, which can reflect the purity of the product. However, these indicators are not as intuitive and effective as purity indicators, and the detection methods for trace organic impurities are relatively backward, which cannot meet the new detection needs and requirements for precision and sensitivity in downstream high-end fields.
This document describes the method of determining the purity of methanol products and the impurity content of alcohols, ketones, esters, etc. by gas chromatography.
This document is applicable to the determination of methanol products with a mass fraction of not less than 99.0%. Under the conditions specified in chromatographic condition 1, the detection limit for impurity dimethyl carbonate is 4 mg/kg, and the detection limit for other organic impurities is 2 mg/kg;
Under chromatographic condition 2, the detection limit for impurity ethylene glycol methyl ether is 12 mg/kg, for impurity methyl formate and impurity dimethyl carbonate is 8 mg/kg, and for other organic impurities is 5 mg/kg.
