Conventional acid in kerosene saturation method, the detection limit of the TBP content is 2% (V/V), then handle the TBP content in the process of the kerosene control index is about 1% (V/V), makes the TBP content in kerosene was 2%Xiang ying analysis technology co., LTD adopts XiangyingGC7990plus gas chromatography to trace the TBP in process material liquid kerosene was determined by research. To contain trace of the TBP preprocessing of kerosene in 0.2 mol/L amino sulfonic acid ferrous 1.0 mol/L nitric acid extraction organic phase to remove the plutonium, using deionized water washing to remove organic phase uranium and nitric acid, in order to eliminate the impurity of gas chromatograph to determine the influence of the TBP and the harm of the instrument, and then take direct processed organic phase the TBP. The experimental results show that the TBP content (V/V) in 0.02% ~ 2% range, the method of measuring precision (RSD) is better than 5%, recovery is between 95% ~ 106%.
在动力堆乏燃料元件后处理中间试验工厂(简称:中试厂)工艺流程中，部分煤油用于捕集水相料液中的TBP，并要求对捕集的TBP浓度进行监测。常规的酸饱和法测定煤油中TBP含量的检测下限为2%(V/V)，而后处理工艺流程中对煤油中TBP含量的控制指标约为1%(V/V)，使得煤油中TBP含量为2%
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司采用XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱法对工艺料液煤油中的微量TBP进行了测定研究。先对含微量TBP的煤油进行预处理,用0.2 mol/L氨基磺酸亚铁-1.0 mol/L硝酸反萃有机相去除钚,用去离子水洗涤有机相去除铀和硝酸,以消除杂质对气相色谱仪测定TBP的影响和对仪器的危害,然后取处理后的有机相直接进样测定TBP。实验结果表明,TBP含量(V/V)在0.02%～2%范围内,该方法的测量精密度(RSD)优于5%,回收率在95%～106%之间。 -
