                  滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司以XiangyingGC7990plus静态顶空-气相色谱法研究了样品量、平衡温度、平衡时间、离子强度等影响因子对静态顶空-气相色谱测定黄酒中香气物质酯的影响,确定***佳的分析条件为:平衡温度50℃,平衡时间20 min,样品加入量5 mL,NaCl加入量2 g。该方法在质量浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,且稳定性好、准确度高,采用酒样增量法对黄酒中香气成分进行定量分析。结果表明,乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯的含量随着陈酿时间的增加而提高,而异丁醇、异戊醇含量却与之相反。可以考虑将醇酯比特征作为黄酒酒龄和品质的判断依据之一。
