滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司用XiangyingGC7990plus顶空气相色谱测定中草药制剂中三氯甲烷残留量的适宜条件。方法试样在顶空瓶中,于40℃平衡40 min下,用气相色谱毛细管柱分离,测定。结果***低检出浓度为0.001 5 mg/L,***低检测定量浓度为0.005 mg/L,适宜的平衡温度为40℃,平衡时间为40 min,气液相比为3∶5,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为6.4%～2.2%,实际样品的加标回收率在87.4%～92.0%。结论在一定的顶空条件下,该方法对三氯甲烷有较好回收率和理想的重复性,适用于该类样品中三氯甲烷的测定。
