As food simulants, according to certain conditions after immersion test, the ester two phenyl carbonate in the solution was used for liquid-liquid extraction in sample analysis. The results show that carbonate two benzene ester standard solution in the 0.0010 - 1 mg.L-1 the linear range; the water recovery test, the average recovery rate is 83.1% - 95.9%, the relative standard deviation (n=6) for 3.6% 4.6%. the method has high sensitivity, accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, good reproducibility, and can be used for determination of two benzene carbonate migration quantity of polycarbonate food contact materials.

滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱法测定食品接触材料中碳酸二苯酯迁移量的方法.用水作为食品模拟物,按一定条件浸泡样品后,对浸泡液中碳酸二苯酯用二氯甲烷进行液液萃取后进样分析.结果表明,碳酸二苯酯标准溶液在0.0010—1.0 mg.L-1范围内线性良好;对水进行加标回收试验,平均回收率为83.1%—95.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.6%—4.6%.该方法灵敏度高、定量准确、抗干扰能力强、重现性好,可用于聚碳酸酯食品接触材料中碳酸二苯酯迁移量测定.
