Polycarbonate (Polycarbonate, referred to as PC) is commonly used in plastics, with the increase in the amount of waste polycarbonate recycling is increasingly valued. Methanol alcoholysis PC is one of chemical recycling method, the main product for dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and bisphenol A (BPA), both of which are important chemical raw materials. As BPA is a strong polar substance, it brings more difficulties to chromatographic analysis.
Tengzhou City Xiangying Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. selected gas XiangyingGC7990plus chromatography on polycarbonate alcoholysis products are qualitative analysis, determine the main product for bisphenol A (BPA) and dimethyl carbonate (DMC); select the appropriate internal standard and chromatographic conditions, to conduct a quantitative analysis on the alcoholysis products of DMC and phenol (PHE), bisphenol a (BPA), the relative standard deviation was 3.37%, 2.54% and 3.05%, recovery rate respectively 94.55% ~ 102.71% and 95.82% ~ 103.64% and 95.80% ~ 103.27%. The results show that the method is simple and reliable.
聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,简称PC)是目前常用的塑料,随着用量的增加,废弃聚碳酸酯的回收利用日益得到重视。甲醇醇解PC是化学回收方法之一,其主要产物为碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和双酚A(BPA),两者皆为重要的化工原料。由于BPA是强极性物质,给色谱分析带来较多困难。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司选用XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱对聚碳酸酯醇解产物进行了定性分析,确定其主要产物为双酚A(BPA)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC);选取了合适的内标物和色谱条件,对醇解产物中的DMC、苯酚(PHE)、BPA进行了定量分析,相对标准偏差分别为3.37%,2.54%和3.05%,回收率分别为94.55%~102.71%,95.82%~103.64%和95.80%~103.27%。结果表明该测定方法简便可靠。
