磷化氢(Phosphine)是很好的防治储粮害虫的熏蒸剂,目前,国内外在农产品运输中,广泛采用的是通过磷化铝(AlP)吸水后水解产生磷化氢从而杀灭害虫,此方法也长期作为枸杞干果长途运输及储存过程的熏蒸方法,杀虫效果良好。但熏蒸后的枸杞中是否存在磷化氢残留,还有待检测。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司采用XiangyingGC7990plus毛细管气相色谱法检测枸杞干果中磷化氢残留含量,样品通过顶空萃取后,以保留时间定性,多点外标法定量。结果表明,磷化氢含量在2.5～25.0 ng/mL,峰面积与待测物浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.996 4);添加两个浓度10.0ng/mL和5.0 ng/mL时的平均加标回收率分别为94.65%和93.50%;RSD为1.81%。根据样品检测限量可达到0.001μg/g,此方法可作为枸杞干果中磷化氢残留量的检测方法。
