Nitrobenzene compounds are widely used in the pharmaceutical, dyestuff, chemical and explosives industries, because they are semi volatile, will cause pollution to the environment. The national standard 74-2004 GBZ/T160 uses the benzene solution which contains 5% methanol to resolve the sample, the reagent toxicity is bigger; but other method also has the qualitative uncertainty, the detection limit is higher question.
Tengzhou City Xiangying Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a HPLC method for determination of nitrobenzene compounds in air XiangyingGC7990plus. Methods: the samples were collected from the air by silica gel sampling tube, and the gas phase was analyzed by gas chromatography, and the concentration in the standard curve method was analyzed. Results: this method is simple and easy to operate, the detection range is wide (0.050~40 g), the recovery rate is more than 93%, the relative standard deviation is less than 5%. Conclusion: the method is suitable for the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in ambient air and workplace air.
硝基苯类化合物是在医药、染料、化工和炸药等行业被广泛使用的原料和中间体,由于它们具有半挥发性,会对环境空气造成污染。国标GBZ/T160·74-2004采用含5%甲醇的苯溶液解析样品,试剂毒性较大;而其它方法也存在定性不准,检测限较高等问题。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立空气中硝基苯类化合物的XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱测定方法。方法:利用硅胶采样管采集空气中气态硝基苯类化合物,解析后注入气相色谱,根据其浓度在标准曲线法进行定量分析。结果:本方法操作简便,检测范围较宽(0.050~40μg),回收率均大于93%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:方法适合环境空气及工作场所空气中硝基苯类化合物的测定。
