Glycol ethers, organic solvent because of its excellent performance won the widely used, in leather industry, glycol ethers, organic solvent widely used in leveling agent, colorant, leather processing agent. However, a lot of research work shows that some ethylene glycol ether organic solvents have reproductive toxicity, which can cause permanent damage to the human body. Tengzhou City Xiangying Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. established a simultaneous determination of leather and leather products in 12 kinds of glycol ethers, organic solvent residual quantity of XiangyingGC7990plus gas chromatography, the method with methanol as extraction solvent, 85 DEG C under the microwave extraction of leather and leather products in diethyl ether organic solvent, extraction after solid phase extraction and purification of gas phase chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC-FID) determination of external standard quantitative method. The average recovery rate of the method was 81.21%~98.16%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.36%~4.87%. In the signal to noise ratio (S/N) =3 conditions, the detection limit of the components of the mg/kg 0.05~0.30, far below the requirements of the REACH regulations. The method is simple, convenient and rapid, high throughput detection, high sensitivity, can fully meet the technical requirements of the leather and leather products, glycol ethers, organic solvent detection and formulate relevant testing standards provide a reference.

滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了一个同时测定皮革及其制品中12种乙二醇醚类有机溶剂残留量的XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱法,该方法以甲醇为萃取溶剂,85℃下微波萃取皮革及其制品中的乙二醇醚类有机溶剂,萃取物经固相萃取柱净化后进行气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定,外标法定量。该方法的加标平均回收率为81.21%~98.16%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.36%~4.87%。在信噪比(S/N)=3的条件下,各组分的检出限为0.05~0.30 mg/kg,远远低于REACH法规的限量要求。该方法操作简便,方便快速,检测通量大,灵敏度高,可完全满足皮革及其制品中乙二醇醚类有机溶剂检测的技术要求,并为制定相关检测标准提供了参考。
