滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了邻苯二甲酸酐和乙苯一步法合成2-乙基蒽醌的XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱分析方法。选择毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器,以萘为内标物,采用内标标准曲线法对反应液中的邻苯二甲酸酐和2-乙基蒽醌进行定量分析。实验结果表明,该分析方法在实验浓度范围内线性关系良好,对邻苯二甲酸酐、2-乙基蒽醌的线性相关系数分别为0.998 32和0.999 72,回收率分别为98.80%～102.67%和98.37%～101.94%,相对标准偏差分别为0.87%～2.08%和0.67%～1.76%。该方法具有简单、快速、准确度高、重现性好的特点。
