Tengzhou City Xiangying Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. was established XiangyingGC7990plus headspace gas phase chromatography of organic wastewater in petroleum ether (30-60), acetone, tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile content determination method; and the headspace analysis conditions and gas chromatographic analysis condition were optimized. The experimental results show that the optimum headspace analysis is: the sample volume is 5 mL, the equilibrium temperature is 80 degrees C, the equilibrium time is 30 min, the amount of NaCl is 1 g. 7 residual solvents showed good linear relationship with peak area in the range of their concentration, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999. The detection limit of this method is 0.052 ~ 3.96 g/mL, the precision (RSD) is 1.3% ~ 6.1% (n=6), and the recovery rate is 83.4% ~ 111.6% (n=3). The method is simple, reproducible and accurate, and can be used for the determination of residual solvents in organic wastewater.

滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了XiangyingGC7990plus顶空-气相色谱法对有机废水中石油醚(30-60)、丙酮、四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、乙腈的含量进行测定的方法;并对顶空分析条件和气相色谱分析条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,***佳顶空分析条件为:样品体积为5 mL,平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为30 min,NaCl加入量为1.0 g。7种残留溶剂在各自浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。该方法的检出限为0.052～3.96μg/mL,精密度(RSD)为1.3%～6.1%(n=6),加标回收率为83.4%～111.6%(n=3)。该方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确,适用于有机废水中残留溶剂含量的测定。
