Epoxy resin is a polymer compound refers to a molecule containing two epoxy groups at least, widely used in the field of coatings, adhesives and composite materials. Epoxy resin as the main film coating material is referred to as an epoxy resin coating having high adhesion, chemical resistance, excellent performance, high hardness, wear resistance, excellent solvent resistance, alkali resistance and salt fog and good characteristics, widely used in industry.
Tengzhou City Technology Co., Ltd. Xiangying analysis established GC7990 headspace - Determination of epichlorohydrin in epoxy coatings and propylene oxide monomer residues gas chromatography methods. The results showed that epichlorohydrin content is within the range of 2.5 ~ 500μg, linear equation y = 0.207 7x + 0.348 2, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.999 5; detection limit of 5 mg / kg; the average recovery was 91.0% - 98.1%; relative standard deviation (n = 6) was 1.3% to 3.0%. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, and can be used for rapid analysis of residual epichlorohydrin epoxy monomers.
环氧树脂是指分子中至少含有2个环氧基团的高分子化合物,广泛地用于涂料、黏合剂及复合材料等领域。以环氧树脂为主要成膜物质的涂料被称为环氧树脂涂料,其具有附着力高,耐化学药品性能优异,硬度高,耐磨性好,耐溶剂性能优,耐碱性及耐盐雾性好等特点,在工业上应用广泛。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立了GC7990顶空-气相色谱法测定环氧树脂涂料中环氧氯丙烷和环氧丙烷单体残留量的方法。结果表明,环氧氯丙烷含量在2.5~500μg范围内,线性方程为y=0.207 7x+0.348 2,相关系数为r=0.999 5;方法检出限为5 mg/kg;平均回收率为91.0%~98.1%;相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.3%~3.0%。该方法简便、快速,重复性好,可用于环氧树脂涂料中残留环氧氯丙烷单体的快速分析。
