酒中所含甲醇和杂醇油能与有机酸结合成酯,使酒具有独特的香味,但又有一定的毒性。甲醇的来源为原料和辅料中果胶质内甲基酯分解而成,能引起慢性中毒,头痛恶心,视力模糊,严重时失明。杂醇油对人体的中毒作用与麻醉作用比乙醇强,其毒性随分子量增加而增大,能引起头痛等症状。
浩瀚色谱有限公司研发出GDX-102色谱柱,应用GDX-102填充柱,优化色谱条件。结果改良后的方法分离效果好,甲醇、异丁醇、异戊醇相对标准偏差分别为:2.5%、3.3%、4.2%。将该法用于蒸馏酒中的甲醇和杂醇油的测定,加标回收率分别为90.0%、85.0%、93.3%。结论该法简便、快速、精密度好,适合于分析甲醇和杂醇油。
The methanol and fusel oil contained in wine can form esters with organic acids, giving the wine a unique aroma but also having certain toxicity. The source of methanol is the decomposition of methyl esters in pectin in raw materials and excipients, which can cause chronic poisoning, headache, nausea, blurred vision, and in severe cases, blindness. The toxic and anesthetic effects of fusel oil on the human body are stronger than those of ethanol, and its toxicity increases with increasing molecular weight, which can cause symptoms such as headaches.
Haohan Chromatography Co., Ltd. has developed a GDX-102 chromatographic column, which is filled with GDX-102 to optimize chromatographic conditions. The improved method resulted in good separation efficiency, with relative standard deviations of 2.5%, 3.3%, and 4.2% for methanol, isobutanol, and isoamyl alcohol, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of methanol and fusel oil in distilled spirits, with recovery rates of 90.0%, 85.0%, and 93.3%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, and has good precision, and is suitable for analyzing methanol and fusel oil.
