Made with a small amount of calculation of the Method of Moments adsorption equilibrium constant, then the total mass transfer coefficient is estimated by fitting a single time domain parameters. From the experimental results and theoretical analysis we found that the system, the axial diffusion contribution to the overall mass transfer resistance maximum, and have axial dispersion coefficient of correlation with the operating conditions.

             含可吸附组分的流体在吸附柱中流动的传质过程很复杂,通常包含轴向扩散、膜传质、大孔扩散以及微孔扩散等过程,应答峰的形状便是这多种传质因素综合的结果。用色谱技术测定吸附平衡常数及传质系数,将涉及到多参数估算及所得参数的准确性。
             以He作载气,在微机辅助下用色谱法测定O_2和N_2在13X分子筛填充柱上的吸附平衡常数和传质系数。提出用计算量小的矩量法求吸附平衡常数,再由时域拟合单参数估算总传质系数。由实验结果及理论分析发现,该体系中,轴向扩散对总传质阻力贡献***大,并得轴向扩散系数与操作条件的关联式。
