在硫工厂中,采用克劳斯法(Claus Process)利用含自由氧的气体控制氧化含H2S的酸气以生产硫,来自这类硫工厂的残余气体含有大约0.2%-4%(体积)的硫化物,其大部分由H2S组成,其余由SO2、COS、CS2以及硫蒸气和/或多孔的硫组成。
通常要将这类残余气体进行处理以尽可能降低其硫化物总含量,使其经过煅烧后达到法律上根据大气污染强制实行的标准,以便排放到大气中,同时,还要以某种形式回收这些硫化物,从而有助于增加硫工厂中处理酸气所形成的有用产品的产量。
目前,同时测定H2S,SO2、COS、CS24种硫化物色谱柱未见报道,浩瀚色谱有限公司研发出HH-

In sulfur factories, the Claus Process is used to control the oxidation of H2S containing acid gas using gas containing free oxygen to produce sulfur. The residual gas from these sulfur factories contains approximately 0.2% -4% (volume) of sulfides, most of which are composed of H2S, while the rest are composed of SO2, COS, CS2, sulfur vapor, and/or porous sulfur.
Usually, such residual gases need to be treated to minimize their total sulfide content, so that they meet the legally mandated standards for air pollution after calcination, in order to be discharged into the atmosphere. At the same time, these sulfides need to be recovered in some form to help increase the production of useful products formed by acid gas treatment in sulfur factories.
At present, there have been no reports on the simultaneous determination of H2S, SO2, COS, and CS24 sulfide chromatography columns. Haohan Chromatography Co., Ltd. has developed HH-
