研究了在银催化剂的作用下乙烯环氧化反应过程中影响醛和酸产生的因素。结果表明,EO-N_2或EO-O_2-N_2混合气通过空反应器时,在热作用下产生明显量的醛;此气体通过一定温度的银催化剂时,EO-N_2 气体中有明显的乙醛,而EO-O_2-N_2 气中只有极微量的乙醛,说明在银催化剂的作用下,EO 异构产生的醛很快被氧化成CO_2和H_2O。由C_2H_4-O_2-CO_2-N_2 组成的反应气通过一定温度的银催化剂,反应器出口有微量的醛,反应器出口冷凝的水中能检测出少量的酸。醛和酸量只和反应器催化剂床下填充物及污染情况有关。证明在银催化剂作用下乙烯环氧化反应中产生的少量醛和酸不是银催化剂本身所致。

The factors affecting the production of aldehydes and acids during the epoxidation of ethylene under the action of silver catalysts were studied. The results show that when the EO-N_2 or EO-O_2-N_2 gas mixture passes through the empty reactor, a significant amount of aldehyde is produced under the action of heat; when this gas passes through the silver catalyst at a certain temperature, there is obvious acetaldehyde in the EO-N_2 gas However, there is only a very small amount of acetaldehyde in the EO-O_2-N_2 gas, indicating that under the action of the silver catalyst, the aldehyde produced by the isomerization of EO is quickly oxidized to CO_2 and H_2O. The reaction gas composed of C_2H_4-O_2-CO_2-N_2 passes through the silver catalyst at a certain temperature. There is a trace of aldehyde at the outlet of the reactor, and a small amount of acid can be detected in the condensed water at the outlet of the reactor. The amount of aldehyde and acid is only related to the packing under the catalyst bed of the reactor and the pollution. It proves that the small amount of aldehydes and acids produced in the ethylene epoxidation reaction under the action of the silver catalyst is not caused by the silver catalyst itself.
