浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立测定气中甲醇的顶空—气相色谱法联用分析方法。气样中的甲醇在顶空一仪中气化,达到气液平衡,在优化的分析条件下,气相色谱法测定样品中的甲醇。结果:测定环境空气中甲醇的平均回收率91.0%～108%,测定污染源废气中甲醇的平均回收率为82.0%～97.5%。测定环境空气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999,测定污染源废气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999。本方法采用顶空气相色谱法,溶剂用量少,适于环境空气和固定污染源废气中甲醇的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a headspace-gas chromatography combined analysis method for the determination of methanol in gas. The methanol in the gas sample is vaporized in a headspace instrument to reach gas-liquid equilibrium. Under optimized analysis conditions, gas chromatography is used to determine the methanol in the sample. Results: The average recovery rate of methanol in the ambient air was determined to be 91.0%～108%, and the average recovery rate of methanol in the exhaust gas of the pollution source was determined to be 82.0%～97.5%. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the determination of methanol in ambient air r>0.9 999, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the determination of methanol in pollution source exhaust gas r>0.9 999. This method uses headspace gas chromatography with a small amount of solvent and is suitable for the determination of methanol in ambient air and exhaust gas from stationary sources.
