浩瀚空气中氧气的测定填充柱MS5A

为配合执行GBZ/T 205—2007《密闭空间作业职业危害防护规范》,浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司提出空气中氧气的气相色谱直接测定方法。采用改性5A分子筛做为气相色谱固定相,完成空气中氧气与氮气的分离任务,使用TCD测定。结果显示,该方法空气中氧气的检出限为1.8%,进样量为1ml气体。方法重现性可以满足要求,相对标准偏差:5%含量为2.8%,10%含量为2.0%,30%含量为3.5%。样品在室温状态可以保存7 d。适用于工作场所空气中氧气含量检测工作。

In order to cooperate with the implementation of GBZ/T 205-2007 "Occupational Hazard Protection Code for Confined Space Work", Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a direct gas chromatography method for the determination of oxygen in the air. Modified 5A molecular sieve was used as the gas chromatography stationary phase to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in the air, and TCD was used for determination. The results show that the detection limit of oxygen in the air by this method is 1.8%, and the injection volume is 1ml gas. The reproducibility of the method can meet the requirements, and the relative standard deviation: 5% content is 2.8%, 10% content is 2.0%, and 30% content is 3.5%. The sample can be stored for 7 days at room temperature. It is suitable for the detection of oxygen content in the air in the workplace.
