 浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中一甲胺和二甲胺的顶空气相色谱测定方法 .方法 用酸性吸收液采集空气中的一甲胺、二甲胺,碱溶液中和后顶空进样气相色谱,经PEG-20M:KOH:Chromosorb 102玻璃色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器测定.结果一甲胺浓度为3.06～48.88 μg/ml时,标准曲线回归方程为(Y)=667.65X-1596.9(r=0.9991),二甲胺浓度为3.08～49.32μg/ml时,标准曲线的回归方程为:(Y)=2123.1X-3437.4(r=0.9993).一甲胺方法 检出限为2.6 μg/ml,*低检出浓度为1.6 mg/m~3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计);二甲胺检出限为1.8μg/na,*低检出浓度为1.2 mg/m~3.样品于4℃冰箱内可保存5 d.结论 该方法 可以满足同时测定工作场所空气中一甲胺和二甲胺浓度的要求.

The method uses an acidic absorbing liquid to collect monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air, and the alkaline solution and post-headspace injection gas chromatography, separated by PEG-20M: KOH: Chromosorb 102 glass column, and determined by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results When the concentration of monomethylamine is 3.06～48.88 μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve is: (Y)=667.65X-1596.9(r=0.9991), when the concentration of dimethylamine is 3.08～49.32μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve is: (Y)=2123.1X-3437.4(r=0.9993).
