    浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司采用“吸附管采样—热脱附—气相色谱-质谱法”同时测定环境空气中甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、乙硫醚和二甲基二硫醚5种有机硫化物,以全扫描模式定性,选择离子扫描法定量。考察了吸附管类型、采样流量、样品保存方式等因素对样品回收率的影响。实验结果表明:在吸附管类型为多孔聚合物吸附剂(Tenax TA)及硫分子筛吸附剂(Sulficarb)二合一填料、采样流量为400 mL/min、样品冷藏保存的条件下,5种有机硫化物的质量浓度分别在5.35×10-3~8.56×10-2,6.93×10-3~1.11×10-1,6.93×10-3~1.11×10-1,1.01×10-2~1.61×10-1,1.01×10-2~1.68×10-1 mg/m3的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;当采样体积为10 L时,方法检出限为1.13×10-3~2.80×10-3 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为2.76%~7.73%,加标回收率为78.5%~106.0%。对实际样品的测定结果与GB/T 14678—1993方法无显著性差异。

    Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses "adsorption tube sampling thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry" to simultaneously determine five organic sulfides in ambient air, namely methyl mercaptan, ethanethiol, methyl sulfide, ether and dimethyl disulfide. The properties are determined in full scan mode, and the quantitative determination is selected by ion scanning method. The effects of adsorption tube type, sampling flow rate and sample preservation method on sample recovery were investigated. The experimental results show that the mass concentrations of five organic sulfides are 5.35 respectively under the conditions that the adsorption tube type is a combination of porous polymer adsorbent (Tenax TA) and sulfur molecular sieve adsorbent (Sulficarb), the sampling flow is 400 mL/min, and the samples are stored in cold storage × 10-3~8.56 × 10-2,6.93 × 10-3~1.11 × 10-1,6.93 × 10-3~1.11 × 10-1,1.01 × 10-2~1.61 × 10-1,1.01 × 10-2~1.68 × There is a good linear relationship between the peak area and the range of 10-1 mg/m3; When the sampling volume is 10 L, the detection limit of the method is 1.13 × 10-3~2.80 × 10-3 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation is 2.76%~7.73%, and the recovery rate is 78.5%~106.0%.
