糠醛是一种在石油化工、合成树脂、医药、农药制造等方面广泛应用的有机化工原料.随着工业生产的发展,各行业根据自己的生产特点,对糖醛的质量及所含微量杂质的限量提出了不同的要求,因而糠醛的分析鉴定工作也必须有一个相应的提高。

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司对气相色谱测定工业糠醛的方法进行了研究。首先对载体,固定液、色谱柱以及其他气相色谱分析条件进行了选择。在选择出来的色谱分析条件下,测定了工业糠醛中各主要组分对糠醛组分的校正因子和气相色谱法测定工业糠醛的准确度和精密度,并与盐酸羟胺法进行了比较。实验结果表明,该法准确,迅速、重复性好,分析结果不受样品颜色深浅的影响,并能测定出工业糠醛中各组分的相对含量。

Firstly, the carrier, stationary liquid, chromatographic column and other gas chromatographic analysis conditions were selected. Under the selected chromatographic analysis conditions, the correction factors of the main components of industrial furfural for the furfural components and the accuracy and precision of gas chromatography for the determination of industrial furfural were determined, and compared with the hydroxylamine hydrochloride method. The experimental results show that the method is accurate, rapid and reproducible, and the analytical results are not affected by the color of the sample, and the relative content of each component in industrial furfural can be determined.
