安捷伦GDX-502甲烷柱应用固定污染源废气 非甲烷总烃连续监测技术规范HJ 1286—2023

为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》，防治生态环境污染，改善生态环境质量，规范固定污染源废气非甲烷总烃连续监测，制定本标准。本标准规定了固定污染源废气非甲烷总烃和相关废气参数连续监测系统的组成和功能、技术性能、监测站房、安装、技术指标调试检测、技术验收、日常运行维护、质量保证和质量控制以及数据审核和处理等有关要求。本标准的附录A 为规范性附录，附录B～附录D 为资料性附录。本标准为首次发布。

In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, prevent and control ecological environment pollution, improve ecological environment quality, and standardize the continuous monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons in exhaust gas from fixed pollution sources, this standard is formulated. This standard specifies the requirements for the composition and function, technical performance, monitoring station building, installation, technical indicator debugging and testing, technical acceptance, daily operation and maintenance, quality assurance and control, as well as data review and processing of continuous monitoring systems for non methane total hydrocarbons and related exhaust gas parameters from fixed pollution sources. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, and Appendix B to Appendix D are informative appendices. This standard is first published.
